HAPPY 1st ANNIVERSARY … YEAH, already 1 year today, on March 21st, 2016 !!!
Has one year already gone by ? Where did the time go ? Have WE all put on weight, or is it just ME ? Anyways, that’s okay … it brings us all CLOSER together, right ?!
Yes, my dear friends & supporters & hungry followers, it’s already been a year since I began this food & recipes blogging adventure. All the cooking & measuring & photographing & re-testing, re-measuring and all the bla bla bla when I publish and share my culinary experiments & recipes with you. Did I mention the big mess & major cleaning-up afterwards ?
Well, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Yeah it’s a lot of work but it’s worth it … I think, I hope ?!

It’s already AUGUST 1st so how about if we prepare enough fillings for 25 VEGETARIAN TACOS to eat for the next 3 days or throw a small intimate party for our family and/or close friends...

Congrats GT. You've succeeded in heightening all of our senses...from amazing imagery (kudos to the webmaster), to allowing us to somehow smell all the great aromas to giving us the desire to become cooks in our kitchens. Well done.....looking forward to another year
